Every day that goes by and I don’t sit down to blog I think…oh what’s another day? On my computer I don’t even have an “October 2011” folder for all my photos to go that I take in a month…why? Because in the few times I’ve taken photos this month I think they are still on my memory cards in my camera. Sad. The thing is, even the best photographers go through times like this, of not wanting to pick up the camera, of feeling like it is more work than fun. I can’t stand it when I go through that…it’s so not how I usually feel.
I can’t believe it is already November 1st. A whole month went by in a blink. This month is going to be one of the busiest of the year, as far as photography goes. I am really hoping I take time out to explore the ideas I have for personal photos. I don’t want to miss even one month of my kids’ growing up on camera.
This shoot happened last month, I took the girls out for just a few minutes at sunset. For just a small moment of effort and work I now have photos I’ll cherish for a lifetime.
